Anthony Akator, Jr. is a recent graduate of BASIS Tucson North and a freshman at Williams College. Born and raised in Tucson, Arizona, he has previously served as the Chair of the Education Workgroup at the Governor’s Youth Commission and the President of his school’s Mock Trial team. He has also recently completed an internship with the Pima County Attorney’s Office. Currently, he serves as the president of the NAACP Youth Council and as the AP African American Studies Intern for the Gilder Lehrman Institute of American History.
