Caroline Harper

Caroline Harper is the Senior Program Director of Mellon Programs at the Institute for C&S, where she oversees programs that support outstanding junior faculty and exceptional young scholars who are committed to building bridges through campus engagement and exemplary research.

Caroline holds a Ph.D. from Howard University. Known for her thoughtfulness, sense of humor, and data-driven problem-solving, Caroline is actively involved in her community and works with underrepresented groups to create opportunities and connect them to resources that enhance their overall quality of life.
