Da’Taeveyon Daniels is a first-year student at Rice University, majoring in philosophy and political science. At Rice he is an at-large representative on the Honor Council and serves as New Student Representative for his college in the Rice University Student Association. He was previously a leader in the National Coalition Against Censorship’s (NCAC) Student Advocates for Speech, and served as the youngest-ever member of NCAC’s National Advisory Council. He has also held leadership positions at Students Engaged in Advancing Texas (SEAT), the Youth Legislative Action Center, and Students Organized for a Real Shot (SORS). Da’Taeveyon is also a Strategic Policy Consultant for Special Projects to the U.S. Department of State.
